I believe that gender matters to our psychology, which is why I have created feminine-centred, specialist psychological therapy, for women - I have written about this in a blog post, which you'll find here.
As women, we are always evolving, always 'becoming', and always facing change and new challenges - I support women at any point in their life's journey.
I specialise both in holding space for women in times of transition - especially the life-changes that feel harder than we ever expected them to, and I specialise in supporting the women who offer care to others (whether in their family, friendships or workplaces) to also care for themselves - without feeling guilty or selfish.

I can offer support for any part of your journey as a woman - from early adulthood, through to elderhood.
I offer space for hard emotions to be expressed & validated. I also offer an opportunity for new meanings to be made of these hard times, so women can truly & forever leave behind their old story of "there must be something wrong with me".

Services offered:
One-off Assessment/Consultation:
A one-off, 60 minute appointment with me can help you clarify what support (if any) is needed for you right now, and whether I am the best fit to meet your current needs, or other services might be more appropriate.
Therapy:
We may agree, after an initial assessment, that psychological therapy would be a good option for you, going forward. If this is the case, we will arrange a regular time to meet - I specialise in offering deep, relational therapy, that can both address the surface-level symptoms you are experiencing, and get to the root of your struggles, to finally heal & resolve them at those roots, which tends to lead to longer-term, sustainable change.
If you've had some therapy in the past, and have found it useful, but ultimately somewhat limited in where it could take you... with me, you are likely to find the deeper self-exploration you yearn for.
The therapy I offer is unique to each client, as I work in a person-centred way. I always offer therapy that is trauma-informed, compassion-based, neuroaffirming & neuro-inclusive, non-pathologising (strengths-based), and that is always offered through an intersectional feminist lens.
